Ceren Topcu İnceteban is an experienced Turkish lawyer who graduated from Ghent University Faculty of Law (Belgium) in 2014. After providing legal consultancy to leading Belgian institutions, organizations, and banks, she received her Bachelor and Master equivalence certificate from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2018 and began her professional career as a lawyer.
